I've always enjoyed getting stamps in my passport. In fact, when I've visited a new country and they don't stamp a page, I'm disappointed. That's part of the joy of travel... the foreign language, the different colors, symbols, designs on the stamp, wondering what page they'll add to.
However, on this trip I'll be starting with a totally empty passport. Surprisingly enough, this prospect pleases me immensely. I have a completely clean travel slate. I am a newly annointed member of team Flee. Everywhere we go will be a first for us as a couple.
